UGOOD while working in the Earthquake 2005 effected area of Azad Jammu Kashmir has collaborated with IKI Foundation, an AJK based organization working in the area of community development since 1991. UGOOD has a wide network of Community Based Organizations(CBOs) associated and has its offices throughout all across Pakistan, Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan. Due to this collaboration, all the local support has become available with UGOOD. IKI Foundation is the only organization in Kashmir that has its own data base of all the affected that has been obtained by mutual efforts with UGOOD. The data contains the union council wise list of all the families and the magnitude of their losses. Moreover, we have now land available in all the three effected districts at the prime locations that are best suited for UGOOD projects.
