UGOOD Earthquake Emergency, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Project.
- UGOOD established a Children Rehabilitation Center in Dhirkot Bagh, where more than 700 children affected by earthquake were provided education, health and rehabilitation facilities were provided. Al Nahayan Trust was main sponsor of this project.
- Relief goods were distributed in earthquake affected areas. Details of medical aid and relief goods distribution can be found at UGOOD website www.ugood.org.
- UGOOD supported 135 families of Bagh, Muzaffarabad and Rawlakot/Poonch by providing them financial assistance to establish small business like candle making, groceries stores and fruit shops etc with the support of Western Union Foundation.
- UGOOD with the support of Western Union Foundation helped 200 families of District Bagh-AJK in construction of their houses by providing them construction materials and necessary trainings.
- UGOOD in cooperation with Capital Development Authority (CDA) established a UGOOD Tent City in H-11 Islamabad.
